Suki Ferreira is the host with a well-trained team keeping the camping grounds clean and safe. As a team we do our best to cater for the campers’ needs like selling  ice & wood as well as creating a festive atmosphere for you to make the most of your time in the Eastern Cape at the SPAR KIRKWOOD WILDSFEES.

Over the nearly 2 decades - 18 years that Suki has been catering for campers at NIESHOUTKLOOF it has become a popular campsite for festival goers. The place where friends and family gather to have fun and do life as campers just for a little while.

Here at NIESHOUTKLOOF we run shuttles so that our festival goers can get to and from the festival grounds safely.

NIESHOUTKLOOF is situated 3kms outside of Kirkwood on a farm against the mountain in the Malmaison area. We do have limited electricity sites available. The campsites are set out for your individual group needs – we cater for each group specifically. The only way to get to NIESHOUTKLOOF is via a bridge over the canal. The road is accessible to most vehicles.

Bookings will open:

Monday 2nd of March 2026 and bookings close Friday 19th of June 2026

Please be patient over the period of 16 March to the 20th of April 2026.

Please note the festival is a mere 3 KM away from our venue.

"WILDSFEES" – Make us your base! Here in the Heart of Kirkwood valley you and your friends can come and camp in a safe environment. We have a fenced terrain and an electric gate for access control where you can pitch your tent and have a party of a lifetime.

Experience the "WILD in Wildsfees"! We have game visiting the camping site regularly and if you feel up to it… you can take yourself on a beautiful walk while you are here at the festival.

We have a fantastic Lapa – where the Before- and After party Happens! A braai, bar counter, ablutions and Big screen.

Wildsfees Camping Prices - 2026

Minimum stay 2 Nights

Bookings will open Monday 2^nd of March 2026 and bookings close Friday 19^th of June 2026

Adults: 18+: R300 per person per night

Children 6 – 17: R200 per person per night

Children 0 – 5: Free of charge.

Shuttle Service

First Come First Served Basis

We provide a minibus shuttle service to the Kirkwood Wildsfees Terrain (= 1 x Trip) and back to the Camping Facility ( = 1 x Trip).  

  R250 for 4 trip Shuttlepass 
 R300 for 6 trip Shuttlepass
1 x token / 1 x Shuttlepass = R75

Features:

Some power points are far from the camp site, please ensure that your cord is at least 20 metres long and in good working condition.

Booking procedure for the FESTIVAL

Please take into consideration that we have to deal with many bookings, cancellations, people as well as groups.

1. Please download a booking form
2. Fill in the form
3. Fax/scan and mail the form back ASAP
4. Bookings / applications without a booking form will not be considered
5. An invoice for payment will be sent to you as per booking form received.
6. Make an EFT payment in FULL using the provided invoice number for reference
7. Once the payment is made in Full your booking is considered SECURE.

Once your booking has been confirmed please download the indemnity form. Complete the form for each guest that will be traveling with you with all relevant details, parents need to sign for any persons under the age of 18.

In order to speed up the check-in process when you arrive please print this form out in advance and have all guests sign it accordingly. You can then either scan the form in and email it to info@nieshoutkloof.co.za or you can present the completed form to the staff upon arrival.

Emailing the form once complete will ensure you can set up camp and start enjoying the festival sooner.

Check In Procedure for Nieshoutkloof during WILDSFEES

1. Arrive at the gate @ Nieshoutkloof Self Catering Farm & Venue
2. You will be directed to Die Wortel
3. Have your Reference (invoice number) - starting with "WF24..." ready
4. There you will sign an indemnity if you have not done so already
5. Please note that the form needs to be completed for/signed by all persons in vehicle – parents to sign for children under 18
6. Hand Indemnity form to personnel at Die Wortel
7. Receive and sign for Tyvek bands – 1 per person per day
8. Receive shuttle tokens – if you have prebooked shuttle trips
9. After registeration you will be taken to your allocated campsite
10. Set up camp
11. Check In to be completed at 8pm on date of arrival
12. Please notify us if you are going to arrive later than 8pm
